Perpetuation project of approximately 9.13 westbound directional miles of STH 29 between Abbotsford and Wausau, from the Clark County Line to CTH E South. The project consists of concrete joint repairs on STH 29 and on Silver Maple Lane and STH 13 ramps, replacing concrete slabs, and replacing HMA shoulders. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
