Questions: Regarding This Project May Be Directed in Writing to the Purchasing Officer, Kelsey Kelley, at Bids@co.camden.ga.us. All Questions Shall Be Received by July 28, 2022 and Answered by August 3, 2023. The Vendor is expected to develop a comprehensive system design and technical specification to meet the stated requirements. The design should focus on refreshing and upgrading the existing AV system with modern conferencing capabilities, considering the unique characteristics of each room including, but not limited to, size, acoustic properties, and current AV infrastructure. The Vendor must provide professionally created detailed drawings and documentation that depicts the complete solution for each room. Camden County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking competitive bids for Audio Visual Upgrade for County Meeting Rooms. No proposal shall be withdrawn after the closing time for a period of ninety (90) days. Questions regarding this proposal may be directed in writing to the Purchasing Officer, Kelsey Kelley at bids@co.camden.ga.us. Successful supplier will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a one hundred percent(100%) PERFORMANCE bond and a one hundred percent (100%) PAYMENT bond
