The work to be performed for PARK AVENUE REHABILITATION consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for the following work: approximately 410 tons of Superpave wearing course, 200 SY of select base repair, line striping and other related street work. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a proposal security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of Bid opening. The work shall be substantially completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders for the PARK AVENUE REHABILITATION must be PennDOT Prequalified for bituminous paving work. Attention is called to the fact that employees may not be discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The Elverson Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or portions thereof.
