The Village of Libertyville (Owner) invites sealed Qualified Bidder's Proposals for the Work generally described as follows: mass grading to construct a flood storage detention basin, storm sewer and underdrain installation, construction of both PCC and HMA paths, softball field and amenity construction, and all necessary restoration. The Work shall be performed at the following Work Site: Nicholas Dowden Park at Dymond Road and Crane Boulevard, Libertyville, Lake County, IL. Funding provided in whole or in part by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
