Pre-Qualification: Yes The Village of Libertyville (Owner) invites sealed Qualified Bidder Proposals for the Work generally described as follows: installation of various diameters of storm sewer in the streets around Nicholas Dowden Park, adjustment to water and sanitary utilities where conflicts occur, patching or reconstruction of the streets, sewer lining, and all necessary restoration. The Work shall be performed at the following Work Site: Dymond Rd, Crestfield Ave, Harms Ave, Shari Ln, Crane Blvd, Drake St, Carter St, Burdick St, Ames St, Austin Ave, Ash St and Rockland Rd in Libertyville, IL. This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLT-3381 awarded to the State of Illinois by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. No questions will be accepted after February 13, 2023 at 5pm. Contractors must purchase bid documents and be shown on the Bidder's Planholder List in order to bid. Bids received from contractors who are not in the Bidder Planholder List will be rejected. The Contractor must complete $2,750,000 in drainage work by July 1, 2023 (including all BEP percentage requirements) for DCEO Grant Compliance. A detailed construction schedule must be submitted at the Preconstruction Meeting to show the plan to complete this plan. Work must begin at the storm sewer outfall into Nicholas Dowden Park at Crane Boulevard. BEP requirements of 30% based on $2,750,000. 25% MBE; 5% WBE. No questions will be accepted after February 13, 2023 at 5pm.
