**As of June 1, 2022, project was awarded to JV Lucas Paving Inc, awarded amount is $884,393.06.** General Work Description: The work to be done, in general, consists of grinding/milling of existing asphalt concrete pavement, asphalt concrete spot repairs on various roadways, hot mix asphalt paving, provide associated traffic control measures, lane & crosswalk striping, iron adjustment, minor concrete work, and other such items indicated and required by the plans, Standard Specifications, and these technical specifications. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. This contract is subject to the State contract nondiscrimination and compliance requirements pursuant to Government Code Section 12990. The successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond, a Performance Bond, and a Maintenance Bond. Minimum wage rates for this project as predetermined by the Secretary of Labor are set forth in the special provisions. If there is a difference between the minimum wage rates predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and prevailing wage rates determined by the Department of Industrial Relations for similar classifications of labor, the contractor and his subcontractors shall pay not less than the higher wage rates.
