All bids shall include mobilization, administrative, labor, materials, transportation, taxes, insurance, permits, warrantees, and all other items necessary for a complete and acceptable project. Specifically, the work includes clearing, grubbing, re-grading the existing site, demolition, 330 LF of 6-inch ductile iron water line extension, 400 LF of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer extension and associated manholes, 355 LF of 3 FT x 6 FT precast stormwater box culvert and associated smaller feeder lines, miscellaneous additional storm system improvements, bioretention facilities, 3,750 SY of concrete pavement, pre-engineered metal building, electrical, control systems, site lighting, fencing, landscaping, and site restoration.
