The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Gordon Elementary School - Replacement of water source heat pumps, water heaters, branch hydronic piping connections at heat pumps, cooling tower, system pumps, electric boiler, return fans, control system and site work (including enclosure) to accommodate the New cooling tower (and alternate Heat Pump Chiller) location. Installation of new heat pump chillers, chiller site pad is an alternate. A. surety company bid bond on form acceptable to owner shall accompany each bid for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid.
