It is each bidder's sole responsibility to ensure its bid is timely delivered and received at the location designated. Any bid received at the designated location after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids shall be returned to the bidder unopened The Board reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and further reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids or in the bidding. Project scope includes but is not limited to demolition & remodel of the kitchen area, staff restroom ADA upgrades, the addition of roof mounted mechanical equipment & Type I hoods with fire suppression systems and modifications to HVAC & structural systems as shown in the project documents for a complete and operational project. Work to be performed during normal business hours and after normal school hours and on weekends when school is in session.
