- Provide necessary labor and materials to repair the 12" main steam header valve above Boiler 1. - Replace refractory for rear end door(s). - Re-tube one hundred ninety-eight (198) 2 1/2 " tubes. - Install compatible high efficiency burner with new mounting plate. - Ensure emergency shut down is operable. - Tune up Boiler and test for proper operation. - Leave area clean and orderly. - Contractor to secure necessary permits. - Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all before placing bid. - Material and instillation must comply with CPS standards and specifications. - Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. - All work to be done on straight time. - The proposal shall be submitted with the attached Bid Cover Sheet completed in its entirety. - Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. - All work to be performed during normal working hours. - If bid price is over $10,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. - If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid. - If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid.
