**As of March 2, 2021, this project has been awarded to Connecticut Sealcoating LLC but award amount not confirmed. The Town is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors for pavement reclaiming, pavement milling, installation of bituminous concrete pavements and other work related to the rehabilitation of roads. The Purchasing Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. In Addition to the Bid Specifications, All Bids Are Subject to the Terms, Provisions and Conditions of the New Milford Municipal Purchases Ordinance, Set Forth in Article Iii, Section 2-92 (a) Through (O) Inclusive, of the Code of New Milford. By Bidding on the Proposed Purchase, the Bidder Agrees to Such Terms, Provisions and Conditions. Any Bidder Found by the Purchasing Authority to Be Delinquent in the Payment of Taxes and/or Sewer Use Charges Due to the Town of New Milford Shall Be Subject to the Provisions of Section 2-92 (E) of the Code of New Mi The Town of New Milford is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors for pavement reclaiming; pavement milling; installing bituminous concrete pavements, curb and driveway aprons; replacing catch basin frames and grates; establishing turf; installing signs and pavement markings; and other work related to the rehabilitation of roads. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment, services and certain materials necessary for the work as specified herein. All work is expected to be completed by October 31, 2021.
