1. The company shall obtain landfill approval of material. 2. The company will provide up to 10 trucks per day to haul material to landfill. 3. The company will dispose of material at lawful landfill facility. Facility MUST be approved by DPW before hauling material. 4. The Town of New Milford will weigh and load all material onto trucks. Weight tickets will be given to drivers. 5. The Town will pay for actual weight not an estimate. 6. Current impacted street sweeping pile must be removed by November 15, 2024. Please review the Analysis Report for contents of street sweeping pile located under Section 7 - Attachments. Prices shall remain in effect for one (1) year following the award of the bid. The town reserves the right to extend this contract an additional year upon mutual written agreement with the successful bidder.
