The City of Dublin, Ohio will receive sealed bids for the materials and labor necessary for minor grading, installation of pickleball court(s), black chain-link fencing around the courts, sidewalk, benches, and storm water dry basin and connecting infrastructure. There are also a number of alternate bids in the package to add additional courts and fencing, provide light poles and wiring to existing pole bases from an existing controller cabinet, and add a light activation button. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said security. Payment of prevailing wage is required for this contract. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all person interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against based on race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
