The City of Dublin, Ohio shall receive sealed bids for the demolition / excavation of curbs and parking spaces along the street, installation of a pavement suspension system with planting soil infill, adjustment / rerouting of street lighting poles and associated electrical conduit, repair of brick sidewalk, installation of steps, installation of short concrete retaining walls (36 inches or less in height) with a natural limestone veneer, installation of slot drains at walls, planting of trees along the South High Street right of way and pavement planning and resurfacing of 1300' of South High Street. The City of Dublin may choose to not award the bid until 90 days after the opening of proposals. The City will consider all proposals valid until 90 days after the opening date, despite not being accepted or rejected by the City. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all person interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against based on race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
