The Town of Simsbury is soliciting bids to install 1140 feet of 5 ft. high 3- Rail Black Montage Plus steel powder coated security fence. (Equal or Equivalent will be accepted) Post are 2 1/2 inch steel black powder coated, set in concrete. Install six- 8 ft. wide double swing gates and two-12 ft. wide double swing gates with 4 inch heavy duty posts. Gate appropriate hinges and latches should be included for each gate. All posts to be set in concrete 42" deep. Fence picket size should be 3/4 inch square. Spacing between pickets 3 15/16" All work will be done Monday through Friday. No work shall be performed on State or Federal holidays unless with prior approval from the Director of Culture, Parks and Recreation Department. Work shall be completed with minimal impact on the Performing Arts Center and surrounding sites.
