**As of February 14, 2019 Project is already awarded however awarded amount and start date and end date is not available. Included in this work is the interior fit-up of an existing lower level space, renovations to existing interior spaces including conference room, lobby, rest room and storage room. The interior fit-up work will include a new mechanical system and electrical improvements. This project is subject to State of Connecticut Prevailing Wage requirements. Contractors must comply with the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Contractor Prequalification Program for any contract over $500,000. The classification for which construction contractors are being sought is a follows: General Building Construction (Group B). This project is funded in part by State grant funds provided by the Connecticut State Library. The project is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. Contractors are required to provide Performance Bonds of any contract over $100,000. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive defects in same if it be deemed in the best interest of the Town of Simsbury. The Town of Simsbury is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
