Work will be performed on the following elements on the barn exterior - Window sash, window and door casings and sills, doors, corner boards, roof fascias, and vertical siding Repair or replacement of the described elements as needed. The goal is not to make the barns weather tight but to make repairs so when the woodwork is painted it will be on sound material. Elements with rot should be replaced. The bid shall be comprehensive to complete all phases of the work. The Town of Sherman reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Town of Sherman also reserves the right to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions, if in its judgment, it is deemed to be in the Town's best interest.
