The City of Tacoma is soliciting bids for a NEW Concrete Railroad Ties for 115RE Rail. Please be sure to include a bill of materials with your response. Responses must be submitted on the provided City of Tacoma bid solicitation form. Vendor signature is mandatory. Freight charges must be included in cost of goods. Delivery date will default to TWO WEEKS ARO if vendor fails to provide. No substitutes allowed. MATERIALS MUST BE NEW AND UNUSED. Small Business Enterprise (SBE): The City's SBE Program information is included in this specification. Participation in the Program is encouraged. The Prime Contractor's Pre-Work Form is a post award form and does not need to be submitted with your proposal. Paid Leave and Minimum Wage: Effective February 1, 2016, the City of Tacoma requires all employers to provide paid leave and minimum wages, as set forth in Title 18 of the Tacoma Municipal Code.
