**As of February 6, 2019, the project was already awarded. Project will start within this month and will accomplish in 10 days.** This project includes three additions to expand six existing efficiency apartments into six accessible one-bedroom apartments. Additionally, all 50 units will receive interior finish upgrades, kitchen renovations, lighting, etc. All 12 buildings on site will receive new windows and insulated vinyl siding. The scope includes limited hazardous materials abatement. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days after the opening of bids, without the consent of the above Housing Authority. Attention of bidders is directed to certain requirements of this contract which require payment of prevailing wages, and compliance with certain local and state requirements. The Town of Wallingford and The Wallingford Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informality, or; to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Housing Corporation.
