Reference Number 0000363892 The City of Manitou Springs is accepting bids for replacement of the water mains and sanitary sewer mains on Midland Ave (west of Unita Rd). See attached RFB for details, plans, and specifications. Midland Ave a. Water - Abandon the existing 2" and 6" water mains and follow project special provisions for abandonment. See Bid Schedule for size and lineal feet of new service lines. Includes connecting all existing services to the new main, and replacing the services from the main to the curb stop. b. Sanitary Sewer - Abandon the existing sanitary sewer main and follow project special provisions for abandonment. See Bid Schedule for size and lineal feet of new service lines. Includes connecting all existing services to the new main, and replacing the services from the main to the back of curb. Arizona Rd a. Water - Abandon the existing 2" water mains and follow project special provisions for abandonment. See Bid Schedule for size and lineal feet of new service lines. Includes connecting all existing services to the new main, and replacing the services from the main to the curb stop. b.
