Reference Number 0000278973 Question Acceptance Deadline Oct 04, 2024 02:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum Service Provider is to dismantle all furniture and equipment on each floor. 18 floors (12 floors in the high-rise, 6 floors in the low-rise). Floorplans are attached for reference. Each floor's furniture and equipment will subsequently be required to be moved to the building's loading dock for pre- scheduled GC Surplus pick-ups. Loading into trucks and removal from site is by others. Scope of work is furniture and equipment only. Contents of workstations, furniture, office spaces throughout each floor will be removed by others (prior to your work on the floor). Electrical disconnections of workstations, furniture, equipment is by others (prior to your work on the floor). For the data cabling remaining in the workstations / furniture / equipment onsite the Service Provider is to cut these cables. Permission has been granted for these data cables to be cut. Cut cables without touching or accessing the ceiling area. Soft seating, task chairs, meeting room chairs, training room / classroom chairs, systems furniture worksurfaces, systems furniture panels, collaborative furniture, free-standing furniture, enclosed office suites, training / classroom tables, bookcases, filing cabinets, coat racks, shelving, high density filing systems, lockers, storage cabinets, pedestal cabinets, privacy screens, meeting room tables, racking, mobile / freestanding white boards and smart boards, wall or ceiling mounted projection screens, free standing millwork and SPS (Special Purpose Space) furniture. Carts, dollies, garbage / recycling stations, shredder bins, appliances, water coolers, garbage cans. Exclusions: Fixed millwork, items fixed to walls. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
