Deadline for receipt of questions Purchasing@co.rockland.ny.us Attention: Mr. Paul Brennan, Director of Purchasing General Requirements - Certified Payroll - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - Onsite Maintenance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % -- A Performance and Payment Bond by a company satisfactory to the Owner and each in an amount of not less than 100 percent (100%) of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check for a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, payable to Rockland County Sewer District No. 1, or a bond with sufficient sureties to be approved by the attorneys for the Agency, in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, conditioned that if his proposal is accepted The contract shall be completed within One Hundred Ten (110) consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Such time of completion is of the essence for this contract.
