The work contemplated consists of the following: Plowing of snow from sidewalks after any snowfall(s) of two inches or more accumulates. Sidewalks must be cleared of snow by 7:30 am and again by 2:30 pm after any snowfall(s) of two inches or more accumulates. On all Wednesdays, the sidewalks must be cleared of snow by 12:30 pm instead of 2:30 pm. Sidewalks must be cleared of snow by 7:30 am and again by 2:30 pm anytime two inches or more of snow accumulates on sidewalks after MDT has plowed U.S. Hwy 2. On all Wednesdays, the sidewalks must be cleared of snow by 12:30 pm instead of 2:30 pm. Plowing width to be approximately 5 feet wide throughout the full route shown in Exhibit A, including concrete sidewalks, pavement, and driveway approaches. Flathead County intends to award a one-year contract with the option to renew for two additional two-year terms. Flathead County reserves the right to cancel the quote process, decline to award the quote, or cancel the awarded if Flathead County so chooses.
