Request for Letters of Interest to Operate, Purchase and/or Lease All or a Portion of Property for Development of a Mixed-Use Sports, Entertainment, Commercial, and Residential Development Osceola County, Florida is issuing this Request for Letters of Interest (RFLOI) from highly successful and experienced Acquisition and Development Team, hereinafter referred to as "Team" for the development, including the potential purchase and/or lease and development of all, or a portion, of the land currently owned or leased by the County. Osceola Heritage Park, hereinafter referred to as the "Property." The County desires the development of the Property as a destination Mixed-Use development. Mixed-Use development will include medical and professional offices, hotels, retail, and restaurants that may complement the proposed residential development and the existing Venues at the Property. It should also create a full-service lifestyle that benefits the existing Silver Spurs Arena, Events Center, and Osceola County Stadium (the "Venues") by promoting daily health and wellbeing, amateur and league sporting events, concerts, conferences, trade shows, auctions, banquets, community markets and other activations that will fully utilize the property and resources creating a community benefit.
