The intent of this RFQ is for coverage in District 4, primarily within the City of Thompson, Manitoba for the following locations: Thompson Provincial Building; 59 Elizabeth Drive, VEMA Garage; 7 Gay Street, the Fire College; Lagoon Road, and the Thompson Hanger Air Base; located on the North Hanger Road, Thompson, Manitoba. Term: 2024/11/01 01:00:00 AM EDT - 2026/10/31 01:00:00 AM EDT Option: 2 x 1 years Commercial General Liability Insurance Covering Claims for Personal and Bodily Injury, Death, or Damage to Property Arising Out of Any of the Operations of the Contractor or Its Officers, Employees or Agents Providing Services Under the Agreement, or as a Result of Any Negligent Acts or Omissions of the Contractor or Its Officers, Employees or Agents. This Insurance Shall Have a Minimum Coverage of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) Per Occurrence, Name Manitoba, Its Ministers, Officers, Employees and Agents as Additional Insureds Relating to the Services Provided Under the Agreement, and Contain a Cross-liability Clause and Provide Coverage for Premises and Operations, Completed Operations, Blanket Contractual, Extended Bodily Injury, Broad Form Property Damage, and Non-owned Automobile Liability Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
