The project consists of constructing force main improvements associated with Pump Station 04 and generally consisting of the following aspects: Approximately 8,400 LF of 14" diameter HDPE forcema in that will intercept the existing PS-04 force main and send flow directly to the Marysville Water Reclamation Facility. Associated appurtenances such as air relief valves, gate valves and a pig receiving station is included in the work, as well as the tie-in work at both the upstream Ex. 12" PS-04 Force Main and downstream Ex. 14" Jerome Village Force Main. Force Main will be constructed by trenchless methods include approximately 230 LF Jack and Bore construction under US 33. Bidders shall provide proof of qualifications, to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders, and complete the Best Bidder Information Form provided. All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Further information provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a bond for an amount of 100% of the Bid if in the form of a Bid Guaranty or in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid if in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and pursuant with ORC Section 153.54, 153.57 and 153.571. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety or via the electronic bid bond options available on online.
