Sub-Station 1 of the HOLBROOK FIRE DISTRICT located at 1700 Church Street, Holbrook New York, said work to include and be limited to the asphalt parking lot replacement , and concrete work for curbing, aprons and sidewalk , and including therein asphalt repaving of the main parking lots (s) of Sub-Station 1 and the removal and replacement and installation of concrete sidewalks, curbing and sidewalks in or in connection with the main parking lot(s,), as per the site plans, drawings, requirements .instructions, specifications. Each bidder by virtue of their bid submission shall agree, for purposes of this project and bid to hold his/ her/its bid price for ninety(90) days after the formal bid opening, and not seek to withdraw the bid or have the bid bond returned for that rime period, unless otherwise and subsequently agreed by the parties in writing , during which time the review of the bids and evaluation of the bidders by the BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS, with conferral with legal counsel for the BOARD shall take place The BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS reserves the right to reject all bids and re-advertise for the presentation of new bids in its discretion. The BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS reserves the right to reject any bid, or to reject all bids, re-advertise for the presentation of new bids in its discretion, and to waive any informalities in any bid which may be waived , and to accept such bid which, in its opinion is in the best interests of the HOLBROOK FIRE DISTRICT *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
