Core drill concrete box for all pipes. Add all necessary material per the CD's. Additional scope of work items, but not limited to the following list: 1) All existing material removed during construction is the responsibility of the contractor to dispose of. 2) Contractor responsible for all asphalt damaged or removed during construction per City of Fountain requirements. 3) Fountain Sanitation District has not located any underground utilities, this will be the responsibility of the contractor before digging. 4) Contractor is responsible for a traffic control plan that meets the City of Fountain requirements. 5) Contractor is responsible for all erosion control measures. 6) Contractor is responsible for pumping sanitary sewer flows into existing force main line. 7) Contractor must submit compaction tests per FSD specs. prior to setting concrete boxes and paving. 8) Pavement thickness needs to match existing conditions or min. 5", whichever is greater, over 24 of aggregate base course. The base course is required regardless of the asphalt thickness determined. 9) Contractor responsible for geotech testing.
