The project will construct Class I bike path, ADA-compliant sidewalks and ramps, drought-tolerant landscaping and irrigation, energy-conserving lighting, storm drain facilities, and street improvements at the Woodlake Botanical Garden and along East Naranjo Blvd (SR-216). There will also be the removal of two parking lots, the installation of park features, ADA-complaint sidewalks and ramps, and drought-tolerant landscaping and irrigation at the Woodlake City Park. A midblock crosswalk and a "HAWK" Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon System to be installed to connect Woodlake City Park with the Botanical Gardens on East Naranjo Blvd (SR-216). The proposed project will increase pedestrian safety and connectivity between the City Park and downtown area to the Botanical Garden and Bravo Lake for recreation opportunities. All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing to Marisa.Menchaca@qkinc.com before noon on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. FUNDING SOURCE This Project is being funded by Clean California Grant Program and Local Funds and will be subject to all applicable State Wage Determinations and Labor Compliance Requirements. BASIS OF AWARD The project, if awarded will be based upon all the work contemplated in the total bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
