Elmhurst Rd., includ ing but not limited to demol ish and dispose of structures; remove trees, shrubs, and stumps; relocate an existing tree;cut, remove, and patch pave ment; inves ti gate and locate exist ing pipe networks; aban don sani tary sewer services, water services, and appur tenant struc tures;coop er ate with an on-site soil reme di a tion project by others; place and compact struc tural fill; rough grade; furnish and place grade stakes; import and spread top soil; fine grade and restore land scap ing;and other appur tenant Work neces sary to complete the project all in accor dance with the enclosed Spec i fi cations and Contract Docu ment .
