Dietary, Steam Kettle Area: Furnish and install colored quartz flooring to the small single steam kettle area of the kitchen. The application to take place as follows: 1. Remove any loose or deterioration coating & concrete. 2. Grind the substrate to prepare the surface. 3. Patch deep areas with urethane cement. 4. Apply the resinous flooring with colored quartz and topcoat per manufacturer's instructions Jail D Block (approximately 250 sq. ft.) & SCI hallway (approximately 200 sq. ft.): The application to take place as follows: 1. Remove any loose or deteriorating coating & concrete. 2. Grind the substrate to prepare the surface. 3. Patch deep areas with an epoxy mortar. 4. Apply the 2 coats of solid color epoxy to the floor and integral cove base (SCI only) per manufacturer's instructions. The finish will be smooth satin.
