General Statement of Work: Denver's Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (DOTI) is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor to provide services for the Cuernavaca Park Northwest Terminal in Denver, CO. The intent of the project is to build a new facility for Denver Parks and Recreation to house office staff, materials, and equipment. This will serve as their new Northwest Terminal Facility, taking the place of their current Park Avenue Facility. Questions Deadline: October 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. local time. Preconstruction Phase: No Program Construction Phase: MWBE Participation Goal: 19% Prequalification: Each contractor must be prequalified in category 2A General Building Unoccupied Building at the $9,000,000.00 monetary level in accordance with the City's Rules and Regulations Governing Prequalification of Contractors. Each contractor must have submitted a prequalification application a minimum of ten (10) calendar days prior to the Proposal due date. Applications must be submitted via B2Gnow.
