Radio Tower Parking Lot Rehabilitation Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid and all Alternates as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Bidder will execute the contract and furnish bonds and insurance as required. Unless otherwise provided in State law, the successful bidder shall furnish an assurance of completion prior to the execution of any contract under this solicitation in the form of a performance, payment, and defect bond in a penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price; or, as may be required or permitted by State law; The work shall be commenced at the time stipulated in the Notice to Proceed to the Contractor and shall be fully completed on or before March 28, 2025. Rogers State University shall have the right to reject any or all bids and solicit contractors again as herein provided if the best interests of the people of the State of Oklahoma would be best served by so doing. Further, the University reserves the right to award on an all or none basis, by item or groups of items in order to achieve the overall lowest cost.
