2025-2027 Garage Door Preventative Maintenance for Sectional and Roller Doors Vendor shall furnish all supervision, tools, "service tools", software, hardware, equipment, and labor required to satisfy the full preventive maintenance agreement ("maintenance agreement") for the following Garage Door Preventative Maintenance located in the Lower Merion Township buildings listed below, and shall maintain the Garage Door Preventative Maintenance in accordance with all terms and conditions stated in these specifications for a term of three (3) years starting on January 1, 2025. The contract will commence after complete execution of the contract by all parties concerned and shall extend from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027. The Township's requirement for a bid guaranty or guarantee will be waived if an acceptable quote is received under the Township's advertised bidding requirement of $23,200.00. Question Deadline 10/04/2024 Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted electronically. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day. All Contractors Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for the Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their, Race, Color, Religious Creed, Ancestry, Age, Sex, National Origin, Physical or Mental Disability, or Because of a Person's Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity or Gender Expression. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township.
