The City of Dell Rapids is requesting proposals for an as needed winter property maintenance contractor. Duties can include snow removal and property clean up. Requirements: 1. Must be able to complete task within 24 hours after notification. 2. Bills must be submitted to the City of Dell Rapids within one week after completion of tasks or will not be paid by the city. 3. Must have workers compensation insurance and provide city with copy. 4. Provide proof of South Dakota Federal Tax ID Number. 5. Must provide before and after pictures of the property being addressed within the invoice or via email. The photo must show proof that the nuisance was handled by the contractor. 6. Contractor must furnish all necessary equipment to complete tasks as assigned. 7. Contractor assumes all responsibility for any damage to personal equipment. 8. Contractor assumes all responsibility for damage to property as where task is being performed. Proposals shall be submitted for an hourly rate for contracted services.
