The work to be performed consists in general, but not limited to, rough & fine grading, removal of existing AC parking lot & AC walkway, construction of one (1) natural sod soccer field, concrete sidewalks & retaining walls, D.G. walkways & parking, ADA parking with pervious concrete, solar street lighting, electrical improvements, installation of irrigation system, landscaping & other park improvements, & 1 year maintenance period.
