Salt Spring Island tenant Improvements Islands Trust has recently signed a lease for two units to house their Salt Spring Island office at 121 McPhillips Avenue, Salt Spring Island, BC. Islands Trust is now soliciting submissions from qualified firms to undertake the Salt Spring Island Office design and construction of tenant improvements. We are hoping the work, consistent with the scope of services identified in this RFP shall be completed by March 31, 2025. The expected range for this project is $115,000 - 125,000 CAN. The building was constructed in 1991 and the space includes: 1. Unit 4 - a primary, ground floor space that is 148.18 square meters (1,595 square feet) 2. Unit 5B a separate, second-floor space that is 55.45 square meters (597 square feet) Award Contract October 31, 2024 Kick off meeting November 21, 2024 Target completion date March 31, 2025 Question Deadline 10/20/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Questions are to be directed (at least 24 hrs before the closing time) to: Email: procecon@gov.bc.ca Estimated Contract Duration (5 months)
