This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ number FA460024Q0131 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This solicitation is 100% set-aside to small businesses under NAICS Code 337215. The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will render the offeror ineligible for award. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIRMENT This requirement is for the delivery of ninety-six (96) pallet racks with accessories to the 55th Logistics Readiness Squadron on Offutt Air Force Base. Per the Statement of Work, the contractor shall deliver ninety-six (96) pallet racks with accessories and install all equipment. APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS This solicitation is not subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41.
