The project will consist of a complete reconstruction of all city infrastructure within the right of way on 3rd Street from the 3rd Street bridge south to approximately Front Street and on Central Avenue from 3rd Street to 4th Street. This project is being funded by the North Dakota Department of Transportation Urban Grant program and other local match funding. The City of Minot is committed to providing non-discriminatory service.
