The Work involves General Construction renovation of the First Floor of City Hall, including demolition, new interior walls, and interior finishes. Limited Plumbing involves renovations to two Toilet Rooms. Electrical Work involves relocation of Electrical Panels, new outlets, and new LED lighting. No HVAC work is anticipated. "This project is being supported in part, by federal CORONAVIRUS STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS awarded to the City of Sunbury by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the City of Sunbury, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. Bids may be held by the City of Sunbury for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The City of Sunbury reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage applies to this Project.
