Two (2) Dissection Sinks/Workstations at County Morgue Bidder security: cash, a cashier's check, or a certified check on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or a bidder's bond executed by an approved surety insurer, made payable to the Director of Finance in the manner, form, and amount required by Section 1030-323 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. The proposal guaranty shall be equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted. Contractor shall be licensed in accordance with chapter 444, HRS, related to the licensing of contractors. A copy of a current and in good standing of all required Licenses shall be submitted prior to contract award. Failure to verify a current in good standing license, will disqualify the contractor's bid.
