The City of Mount Vernon is looking for an experienced General Contractor for the following improvements to Mount Vernons Old Library located @ 315 Snoqualmie Street in downtown Mount Vernon AND the Hillcrest Park Recreation Building located @ 1717 S 13th St, Mount Vernon, WA 98274 . The "Old" Library Building remodel efforts will include: remodeling of three (3) bathrooms to include sink vanity, plumbing fixtures, mirror, urinals, toilets and ceramic floor and wall tile. Additionally, painting for 1,000 square feet of wall, the installation of 25,000 sq ft of carpet tile, and the installation of 150 sq ft of electrostatic flooring for computer micro-miniature work space, and the installation of front entrance door with emergency locking system.
