Reference Number 0000363383 Toilet Partition Replacements - Administration Building Any questions concerning the conditions or specifications shall be directed to the designated contact person. Addenda items will be posted on the township website, on the Purchasing Division page under Requests for Bids, Proposals and Qualifications. It is the bidders responsibility to check and verify that addenda have been issued. Failure to acknowledge addenda may result in the offer not being considered The project is at our Admin building located at 1150 S Canton Center Rd, Canton, Michigan, 48188 and is to provide new toilet partitions to match newer existing partitions. Project also includes remounting Men's and Women's partitions at Summit on the Park at 46000 Summit parkway. Number of items being replaced is 2 sets of stalls. Two (2) in the men's locker room Two (2) in the women's locker room Remount all stalls in Men's & Women's at Summit All equipment and rentals must be included in your bid. Contractor to be responsible for all demolition and disposal costs. Contractor must provide all necessary means of safety precautions, including barriers, signage, etc., and must communicate with the Project & Facilities Service Manager a minimum of 48 hours prior to construction. Contractor is responsible for any restorations required to project site. All schedules must be approved by the Township Project Manager Any deviation from these specifications must be approved in writing by Canton Township. Permits for the job are required. Township permit fee will be waived (any reinspection cost is not). All l final inspections are required for final payment. Contractor can invoice for 90% of completed work while waiting on final inspection.
