The Camden County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking competitive proposals for consulting services for civil engineering and landscape architecture design, permitting and construction observation assistance for the Camden County Multi-Use Sports "Old Soccer" Complex Renovations Project. The county is seeking a design and engineering firm with broad experience, to include with Camden County, to also provide design and construction supervision for this project. All project activities will be coordinated with designated County staff. Project Title for Identification Purposes Camden County Multi-Use Sports Complex Design and Engineering Services Consultant will provide consulting services for civil engineering and landscape architecture design, permitting, and construction observation assistance for the Camden County Multi-Use Sports "Old Soccer" Complex Renovations. The complex includes parcels 121-020B, 121- 020A, 121K-038A, & 121K-038B totaling 17.55 acres located in St. Marys, Georgia. The facility renovations will include the following: o New lighting and site electrical supply improvements. New Irrigation system. Fields of play grading & leveling, and turf installation. Renovation and modification of the existing parking layout, addition of sidewalks and additional parking based on the approved master plan. Existing PSA building and utilities (water, sewer, electrical) to remain in service. New buildings proposed for the complex include: Restroom Facility and Maintenance Building. Building design and construction will be managed by Camden County. Budling architectural, electrical, mechanical, structural, and plumbing design will be performed by others.
