Removal, transport, and land application via direct injection and pumping method of approximately 2.5' of sludge (biosolids) from the existing primary lagoon cell (approximately 10.45 acres). Transportation of biosolids via contractor-supplied pipeline to farm fields identified for land application. Liquid sludge land application of Class B biosolids in farm fields identified within the contract drawings in compliance with EPA rule 503 requirements.
