Funding has been obtained for this proposed procurement in an amount equal to or greater than the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE). The Government requests pricing for the services listed in the SOW to be in effect for thirty (30) days after the date of your RFQ response. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The technical approach should not include prices. The price breakdown should be provided as a separate document. Period of Performance (POP): All work shall be completed by the contractor within 30 calendar days from the award date of the resulting order.
