Trout Creek Community Development District (District) will accept proposals from all qualified companies interested in providing landscape and irrigation maintenance services. In order to submit a bid, each bidder must (1) be authorized to do business in Florida, (2) hold all required state and federal licenses, including those with St. Johns County, in good standing; and (3) have at least three (3) years experience with similar in size landscape maintenance projects. All proposers should acquire a copy of the Project Manual prior to the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. Any and all questions relative to this request for proposals shall be only directed in writing to Melissa Dobbins at mdobbins@rizzetta.com. Questions must be submitted on or before 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 1, 2024. No official action will be taken at this meeting, it is held for the limited purpose of opening the bids. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting should contact the District Managers Office at (904) 436-6270 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting.
