The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: The City of Raleigh requests qualifications for professional engineering services for the following transmission projects: Perry Creek Transmission Main Install approximately 8,700 LF of 36-inch transmission main between Capital Boulevard and U.S. 401. Zebulon Transmission Main on NC-97 Parallel existing 12-inch with a new 24-inch main that reduces to a 16-inch main from Wendell Boulevard to the Zebulon Pump Station.
