Town of Riverdale Park Council Chambers Video Production System. Question Deadline 10/07/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Following the Pre-Proposal Meeting and site walk-thru, all questions concerning this RFP shall be submitted in writing; questions may be submitted until Questions submitted after Oct 7th will not be addressed. A written response to all questions will be posted on the Towns website online. Last Date for Responses to Questions: October 9, 2024. The information and instructions provided in this RFP are designed to solicit responses that demonstrate the Contractor(s) ability to satisfy the Town's requirements. Contractor(s) submitting proposals shall be capable, and able to demonstrate experience in the type of work described in the RFP and have available resources in the form of trained and licensed personnel, support services, specialized sub-Contractor(s) as needed, and financial resources to carry out the work required by individual projects. A The successful Contractor(s) shall be required to enter into an agreement with the Town for the installation and maintenance of the Council Chambers Video production system, based on the specifications outlined in this RFP. The Town is requesting proposals from companies qualified to design, develop, and install upgraded audio, video, and sound system equipment in the Town Hall Council Chambers to provide live and recorded cable broadcast, along with interoperability with a remote participation platform such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meets. This request is for the immediate replacement and upgrade of the existing system.
