All work shall be performed as indicated on plans and specification and include every aspect of work as obvious or implied and necessary to make work complete and fully operational. The general scope of work for this project is as follows: a. Install approximately 180 lineal feet of 12" Dual wall Corrugated plan and Type B inlet as shown on plans b. Install approximately 338 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter and driveway approaches to alleviate water from road running into yard as shown on plans The Finance Director reserves the right to reject all bids or parts of bids for any one or more supplies or contractual services included in the proposed contract, when the public interest will be served.
